1 medium onion - chopped
2 t butter
1 1/4 C chicken broth
1 T lemon juice
1/2 t garlic powder
1 1/2 C instant brown rice
1 C frozen cut green beans - thawed
2 T toasted almonds
1/2 t dill weed

Directions:
Directions:
Cook and stir onion in butter until tender. Add broth, lemon juice and garlic powder. Bring to boil.

Stir in rice, return to boil, reduce heat to low and cover and simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat.

Stir in green beans, almonds and dill. Let stand for 5 more minutes before serving.
