1 1/2 C sifted cake flour
1/4 t salt
1/2 C shortening
1/4 C cold water

Directions:
Directions:
In medium bowl, combine flour and salt. Using pastry blender, cut in shortening till the mixture resembles crumbs.

Add water and still til dough is just moistened. For dough into ball. Makes 1 crust.
