6 egg yolks
2 14 oz cans sweetened condensed milk
1 T finely shredded lime peel (2 limes)
2/3 C lime juice
1 baked 9" pastry shell
Whip cream topping

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl, stir together egg yolks and condensed milk. Stir in lime peel. Gradually stir in the lime juice. Mixture will thicken.

Pour into baked pastry shell.

Bake 350 for 30 minutes. Remove and cool completely - 2 hours.

Serve with fresh whip cream topping
