1/2 C butter
1 C flour
2 C sugar - divided into 1 C
2 t baking powder
pinch of salt
1 C milk
4 C fresh peaches (6 med-lg peaches)
1 T lemon juice
1 t cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in 13 x 9 pan.

Combine flour, sugar, salt and add milk. Stir until moist. Pour batter over butter in pan.

Bring 1 C sugar, peaches and lemon juice to a boil on high heat - stirring constantly.

Pour over batter - do not stir
Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon

Bake at 375 for 40 min or until golden brown on top

Serve with ice cream or whip cream
