4 Bunches Spinach
1 lb. bacon cooked & crumbled
1 pkg Mushrooms
1 Pkg Sprouts
1 Red onion sliced
1 can sliced water chestnuts
3 boiled eggs
Dressing:
2/3 cup salad oil
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/3 white sugar
2 tsp. soy sauce
1/3 cup vinegar

Directions:

Blend all ingredients together for dressing. Pour over salad . Toss. Serve Immediately.
