2 cups cubed chicken or turkey
3/4 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1 T minced onion
1/2 cup salad dressing mayo
1 T lemon juice
1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup crushed potato chips

Directions:
Directions:
Measure chicken or turkey, celery, pepper, onion into large mixing bowl. Combine salad dressing, lemon juice, mustard and seasoning, toss lightly to blend. Put mixture into casserole dish and top with cheese and chips. Bake 375 for 30 minutes or until bubbly and hot.
