2 (8 1/2 oz) boxes corn muffin mix
3 eggs
1 cup plain yogurt
1/2 cup corn oil
1 (17oz) can creamed corn

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together all ingredients with wire whisk. Grease bottom of an 11x7" glass pan. Pour batter into pan and bake at 350 for 25 - 30 minutes or until top is brown. Serve with honey butter for added richness,
