1 lb sausage or ground beef
1 clove garlic minced
1 T whole basil
1 tsp salt
1 - 1lb can tomatoes
2 - 6 oz cans tomato paste

10 oz lasagna noodles
3 cups cottage cheese or ricotta cheese
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
2 T parsley flakes
2 beaten eggs
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 lb mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat; drain. Add next five ingredients; simmer for 30 minutes covered. Cook noodles in boiling salt water. Combine cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese, parsley flakes, eggs, salt, pepper. Layer meat, noodles, cottage cheese mix & mozzarella repeat until ingredients are used. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes. Let cool 10 minutes and cut.
