4oz blue cheese (crumble)
1/4 cup evaporated milk
3 tbsp chopped pimiento
1/3 cup chopped green pepper
1/4 tsp garlic
salt for taste

soften cream cheese add blue cheese Beat remaining ingredients chill the dip until 1/2 hr before serving..serve in melon balls
