8 to 10 medium potatoes
1 package (8 oz.) softened cream cheese
2 c. sour cream
1/3 c. chopped chives
salt and pepper to taste
4 tbsp. margarine
paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Peel potatoes; boil until tender. Beat cream cheese and sour cream together. Add potatoes and beat until smooth. Stir in chives, salt and pepper. Pour into well oiled 2 quart casserole dish. Dot with margarine and sprinkle with paprika. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 F.
