6 Chicken Cutlets
Bread Crumbs
1 Package Knorrs Hollandaise Sauce
6 slices of Ham
6 slices of Swiss Cheese
1 - 2 eggs
Salt and Pepper to taste
Butter
Toothpicks

Directions:
Directions:
Mix eggs with salt and pepper
Dip Chicken into eggs on both sides
Dip both sides of chicken into bread crumbs
Place 1 piece of ham and 1 piece of swiss cheese on the cutlet
roll the cutlet and hold with 2 toothpicks

Preheat oven @ 400 . Place chicken in roasting pan sprayed with Pam. Top each chicken with a pat of butter. Prepare Hollandaise Sause, Cook for 30 minutes. Spoon 2 tblspns. of sauce onto chicken and bake for another 10 mintues. Serve topping with additional sauce
