44 saltine crackers, 1 c. butter, 1 c. brown sugar, 12 oz. chocolate chips, 1/2 c. chopped pecans.

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400. Line a 10X15" pan with foil & spray foil with cooking spray. Arrange saltines in pan, covering completely. Melt butter & brown sugar, heating to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil 3 minutes.
Pour evenly over crackers. Bake for 5 minutes.
Remove from oven, sprinkle with chips, gently swirling with knife until chips are melted. Sprinkle with pecans. Refrigerate 4 hours. Break into pieces. Refrigerate or freeze.

I prefer to use milk chocolate chips rather than semi-sweet chips in this recipe.
The combination of salty & sweet makes this toffee irresistible!
