1/3 c. olive oil, 3 T. sugar, 2 T. white vinegar, 2 T. sour cream, 1/2 t. ground mustard.

6 oz. pkg. fresh baby spinach or your favorite lettuce greens, 1/2 c. chopped toasted walnuts, 1/2 c. dried cranberries.

In a jar with a tight fitting lid, combine the oil, sugar, vinegar, sour cream & mustard; shake well. Divide the spinach or lettuce among four salad plates; drizzle with dressing. Sprinkle with walnuts & cranberries.
