1 can refrigerated crab meat (12 oz)
1/2 c bread crumbs
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. dry mustard
4 tsp. milk
Salt and Pepper

Blend all ingredients. Form into cakes and roll in flour. Fry in butter until brown and crisp.
