3/4 C sugar
1/2 t salt
1 t cinnamon
1 1/2 t ginger
1/4 t cloves
2 lg eggs
1Can pumpkin (15oz)
1 Can Evaporated Milk (12oz)

1 partially baked pie crust

Whip Cream for Topping

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, salt, cinnamon, ginger and cloves in small bowl. Beat eggs in large bowl. Stir in pumpkin and sugar-spice mixture. Gradually stir in evaporated milk.

Pour mixture into pie shell

Bake at 425 for 15min , then reduce to 350 for 40-50 min or until knife inserted is removed clean.

Cool for a minimum of 2 hours or refrigerate.

Add homemade whip cream
