2 gallon tomatoes - blanched, peeled and quartered

8 lg onions
8 cloves of garlic
10-12 celery stalks
6 cans chili peppers
5-6 lg green peppers
4 T salt ++
4 T sugar ++
10-12 t cumin
2 C cider vinegar

Boil, then simmer for 4-6 hours until thick. Add cornstarch mixture thicker consistency is desired.

Use hot clear jars and lids. Boil jars - put ingredients in - place lids and screw tops on - they will pop seal themselves.
