1 Lg onion - thinly sliced
3 Lbs cut up chicken
2 (6oz) Cans of tomato paste
4 Oz sliced fresh mushrooms
1 t salt
1-2 cloves garlic - minced
1-2 t oregano
1/2 t celery seed
1 bay leaf
1/2 C water

Directions:
Directions:
Place onions in bottom of crock pot. Add chicken pieces next. Stir together the remaining ingredients. Pour over chicken.

Cook on low for 7-9 hours OR high for 3-4 hours

Serve over pasta
