1/2 C shortening
1 Egg - beaten
1 t baking soda
1 C sour cream
1 1/2 C brown sugar
2 C flour
1/8 t salt
2 C fresh rhubarb chopped

Topping:
1/2 C brown sugar
1/2 C chopped nuts
1/4 - 1/2 C butter - melted
1 t cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Combine shorting, sugar and egg - beat until creamy

Add dry ingredients alternating with sour cream. Mix well, add rhubarb and pour into greased 9 x 13 pan.

Sprinkle topping on and bake 350 for apx 40-45 minutes
