1 C Graham cracker crumbs
4 T Butter - melted
* press into bottom of 9" round pan

Cheesecake:
1 C Confectioner sugar
1/4 C Butter
2 Egg yolks - beat into mixture one at a time
3 T of 1/2&1/2 - add while beating

Add slowly while beating well:
1 lb of cream cheese
1/4 squeezed fresh lemon juice
