Fresh Leaf Lettuce
Fresh Romain Lettuce
Red Onion
Mandrin Oranges
Cream cheese
Chopped walnuts

Dressing:
1 C salad oil
3 T onion juice
1/3 C cider vinegar
1/2 C sugar
1 t dry mustard
1 t salt
3 T poppy seeds
Mix well in blender and store in refridgerator until ready to use

Directions:
Directions:
Roll cream cheese into small (dime size) balls. Roll in nuts. Slice red onion very thin. Drain oranges well. Rinse lettuce well and spin dry.

Use apx 4-6 cheese balls per salad plate.

Toss well just prior to serving
