6 slices of crispy bacon
1/2 C bacon drippings
2 T flour
3 T sugar
1 1/2 t salt
1/2 C cider vinegar
1/2 C water
8 medium potatoes cooked and sliced
1 sm onion chopped fine
2 stalks of celery chopped fine

Directions:
Directions:
Add to bacon drippings- flour, sugar and salt - Cook until bubbly.

Stir in vinegar and water. Cook stirring constantly until thickened.

Add potatoes, onion, celery and bacon.

Heat and Serve
