1/3 C oil
1 C chopped onion
1 C chopped celery
2 Lbs ground lean beef
2 Cans *8oz* tomato sauce
1 T dry mustard
2 T cider vinegar
2 T worcestershire sauce
1/2 C chili sauce
2 T sugar
1 C hot sauce *optional
1 1/2 - 2 C water (visual)

Heat oil in skillet, saute the onion, celery and beef until lightly browned. Add remaining ingredients, except water. Reduce heat and cook slowly uncovered for apx 1.5 hours.

Add water to mixture as needed if it becomes dry during cooking.

Serve on buns
