1/2 c. capers to taste, 1 cucumber, 1/3 lb. feta cheese, 1 green pepper, 1/2 c. olive oil, 1/2 c. olives, 1 onion, 1 pinch oregano to taste, 1 pinch salt to taste, 4 medium ripe tomatoes, mixed greens as desired.

Cut the vegetables in slices in salad bowl. Top with the olives, capers and cover with "crumbled" feta cheese. Pour the olive oil evenly over the top. Toss with mixed greens.
