4 chicken breasts
1 can cream of chicken soup
8 oz sour cream
1 T Poppy seeds
15 Ritz crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Steam chicken and cut up in bite size chunks. Place in the bottom of a 13x9x2 inch casserole. Combine soup, sour cream and poppy seeds. Spread over chicken. Crumble crackers and spread over top. Bake 30 minutes at 350.
Serve over white or brown rice or noodles.
