1/2 c vegetable oil
4 squares unsweetened choc (4 oz) melted
2 c sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
2 c flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 c powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix oil, chocolate and sugar. Blend in 1 egg at a time until will mixed. Add vanilla. Measure flour, salt and baking powder and stir. Chill several hours or overnight. Roll dough into balls and roll around in powdered sugar. Bake 2 inches apart on greased cookie sheets. Remove baked cookies immediately from tray and cool on rack. Store in tight container.
