1 can of chilled crushed pineapple, 1 large box of instant pistachio pudding, an 8 to 12 oz container of cool whip.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together 1 can of chilled crushed pineapple and 1 large box of instant pistachio pudding. Fold in a container of cool whip. Serve chilled.

Bananas, fruit cocktail, cherries and/or pecans can be added for variation. Some versions add miniature marshmallows.

Eleana loved "fluff" in all its forms and colors. Aunt Julie would make this for Thanksgiving dinner upon Eleana's request.
