2-1/2 cups crushed Rice Chex
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup melted butter
1 cup finely chopped cashew nuts
1 cup angel coconut
1/2 gallon softened butter brickle ice cream

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and put half into a 9" x 13" pan. Spread with 1/2 gallon softened butter brickle ice cream. Top with the rest of the Rice Chex mixture. Cover and freeze.
