1 cup butter or margarine
1/3 cup sugar
2 tsp. water
2 tsp. vanilla
2 cups sifted all-purpose flour
1 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar; add water and vanilla. Mix well. Add flour and pecans and chill for 3 to 4 hours. Shape dough into balls or fingers. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 325 for 20 minutes. Roll in powdered sugar after cooling.
