1 cup sugar
1/2 cup flour
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 cups milk
1 cup flaked coconut
1 cube (1/2 cup) margarine
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a greased 10" pie plate (a metal pan works best). Bake at 350 for 40 to 50 minutes. Cool slightly before serving.
