1/2 C. milk
1/2 C. all-purpose flour
2 T. butter, melted
Fresh berries
Powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Butter a 10-inch skillet with oven-proof handle (or a 10" pie plate. Whisk together eggs into milk until well blended. Add flour and whisk until thoroughly blended. Whisk in butter until well blended and smooth. Pour batter into pan. Bake in preheated 400 oven 20 minutes, or until puffed and golden brown. Fill with fresh berries (sweetened to taste), sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve immediately .

This is a personal favorite of mine during fresh berry season. My favorites are strawberries and blueberries! A little Cool Whip on top isn't bad either. It's just so good!
