1 pkg orange jello
1 cup boiling water
Juice from 1 can mandarin oranges
1 - 2 cups cooked rice (cooled)

Add:
11 oz can mandarin oranges
1 cup miniature marshmallows
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1 cup Whipped Cream
1/4 cup sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix orange jello with boiling water. Stir until dissolved. Add mandarin orange juice and cooked rice. Stir well and place in frig until partly set. Add: mandarin oranges, marshmallows and nuts. Stir in chopped nuts. Fold in Whipped Cream that has been sweetened with sugar.
Chill & Serve.
