1 9" pie crust
4 oz. cream cheese
5 c. washed blue berries
2/3 c. sugar
2 T. cornstarch
2 T. lemon juice
1 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Bake pie crust as directed. Soften cream cheese & spread on bottom of cooled pie shell. In a medium saucepan combine, 1c. berries, water, sugar, cornstarch & lemon juice. Bring to a boil over med-high heat & cook till thick & glossy, stirring constantly to keep smooth. Remove from heat & cool. In a large bowl, mix remaining berries with the cooled glaze. Carefully fold together until well blended. Spoon into pie shell. Chill 1 hour before serving.
