3/4 lb. jack cheese, shredded
3 C. sour cream
3 C. cooked rice
2 (4 oz.) cans green chili peppers, chopped
1/2 C. shredded sharp cheddar cheese


Directions:
Directions:
Mix sour cream with chopped chili peppers. In a buttered flat casserole dish, layer half of the rice, all of the sour cream and pepper mixture, all of the jack cheese and then remaining rice. Bake uncovered in 350 for 20 mins. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese and bake 10 mins. more.
