2 T. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. - 1 tsp. black pepper
1/4 C. oil
1 T. sesame oil
1 T. Balsalmic vinegar
2 T. Rice vinegar
Fresh grated ginger root
fresh salad ingredients
sliced cooked chicken
Chinese noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and shake well. Pour over salad greens and cut up cooked chicken. Top with Chinese noodles (can add sliced almonds if desired) Delish!

I got this recipe from my friend and fellow crafter in Reno, Pat Creecy. I usually just buy a rotisserie chicken at the store and use part of it to make this salad.
