Part 1:
1 stick margarine
1 c flour
1/2 nuts

Part 2:
1 c powdered sugar
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1 c cool whip

Part 3:
1 pkg instant chocolate pudding
1 pkg instant vanilla pudding
3 c milk

Directions:
Directions:
Part 1:
Mix ingredients into dough, pat in 9x13 pan and bake for 15 minutes.
Part 2:
Next mix together part 2 and spread on top of crust while still warm but not real hot.
Part 3:
Mix together part 3 until thickened and pour on top. Cover with the remaining cool whip. Refrigerate a few hours before serving.
