1 can whole clams
1 onion sliced thin or diced
2 strips of crumbled cooked bacon or 2 Tbsp. olive oil
clam juice
3 potatoes diced
1 carrot diced
1 stalk celery diced
black pepper to taste
parsley to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Place the cooked bacon and all diced vegetables in a pan. Add the juice from the can of clams and seasonings. Cover with water and bring to a boil Simmer until potatoes are done and add the clams. Cook for another 10 minutes or so.
