2 Pork Chops
1 TLB. oil for frying
Dressing:
5 slices white bread, torn in pieces
1/4 cup margarine, melted
2 tsp. dry onion
1/8 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/8 tsp garlic salt
1/8 tsp pepper
Topping:
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/3 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in skillet. Brown meat on both sides. In medium bowl, combine dressing ingredients. Place in greased 1 1/2 quart casserole; top with pork chops. Mix topping ingredients and pour over meat. Cover and bake 1 hour at 350.
