3 cloves garlic
1 small onion
1 stalk celery
1 small carrot
1 12-16 oz. unsalted stewed tomatoes chopped
1 can canneloni beans
1/4 stick pepperoni cut in chunks
ground black pepper to taste
1/2 tubbetini or elbow macaroni

Directions:
Directions:
cook first five ingredients. add pepperoni, after 10 minutes add the beans. put on low heat and simmer. cook the macaroni then drain and add to sauce.
