3 cups grated carrots
3/4 cup matzoh meal
2 eggs - beaten
1/2 cup minced onion
1 tsp salt
2 Tblsp melted butter
1 can clear condensed chicken soup
2 tsp fresh minced parsley

Directions:

Add all ingredients together and mix well.
Put into 1 1/2 QT greased baking dish
Bake uncovered for 50 minutes at 325
