5 lb. bag of red potatoes
1 stick of butter
8 oz. sour cream
Bacon Bits
2 c.Shredded Cheddar Cheese



Directions:
Directions:
Cube potatoes and bring to a boil in salt water. Let potatoes boil until they begin to break up. Drain and put potatoes back into pot. Add butter, sour cream, bacon bits, and 1 cup of cheese. Mix together. Put in casserole dish and top with the remaining cheese. Bake at 325 for about 25 minutes.
