Ingredients:
Salmon fillet(s) 1/3 # per person
Mayonnaise
Soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Place salmon in a grill basket (pre-spray basket with cooking spray for ease of cleaning.) Spread mayonnaise on skinless side. Pierce salmon all over with fork and then drizzle soy sauce over coated side, catching runoff soy sauce in a cookie sheet. Let stand a few minutes and drizzle with runoff soy sauce. Repeat this process a few times.

Grill over medium flame 5 minutes per side starting with skin side. If you broil in house...turn on your vent fan early as it will smoke. Transfer meat onto platter to serve (flesh will easily separate from skin.)

Serve with flavored rice and vegetables--couldn't be easier.
