1 (1-2 lbs) Flank steak
4 T. soy sauce
2 T. corn starch
2 T. sherry
1 T. sugar
2 T. sesame oil
1 cup each: broccoli, green beans, pea pods, or any other vegetable of your choice (fresh or frozen)
Salt &.Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Slice the flank steak and marinate in the soy sauce, cornstarch, sherry and sugar mixture for overnight in the refrigerator. Sauté the marinated flank steak slices in the sesame oil in a large skillet. Take out the meat, and then add vegetables to the skillet and sauté in the sesame oil to your liking. Dash with salt, pepper or soy sauce. Add the vegetables to the meat before serving.
