1 lb Velveeta Cheese (cut up)
1 can 6 1/2 oz crabmeat, drained, flaked
1/2 cup green onion slices
1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
1/2 cup Sour Cream
1/8 tsp ground red pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix Velveeta, crabmeat, onions and bell pepper in large microwave bowl. Microwave on high 5 minutes or until velveeta is completely melted, stirring after 3 minutes. Stir in sour cream and ground pepper. Serve hot with wheat thins or cut-up fresh vegetables.

Great on baked potatoes as a topping.
