1 can cream of chicken soup
1 sm. jar of jalepeno Cheese Whiz
1 (8 oz.) tub of sour cream
1 stick butter
1 bunch (about 6) green onions, chopped w/ chives
garlic powder (optional - to taste)
1 bag of Ore-Ida Frozen Hash Browns, thawed

Directions:
Directions:
Mix soup, Cheese Whiz and sour cream. Heating in a microwave for a few seconds will help. Add chopped onions. Melt butter and add. Add garlic, if you like. Pour hash browns in a Pyrex dish. Stir in the soup mixture uniformly. Bake at 350F for about one hour. Alternatively, you can mix the entire thing in a big bowl and then put in baking dish.
