[ THE ZIPPY LOAF ]
2 lbs. Ground Beef- 1 1/2 c. Bread Crumbs- 1 large Onion Chopped- 1 c. Milk- 1/4 c. Chopped Green Pepper- 2 Eggs- 1/2 tsp. Salt- 1/4 tsp. pepper- 1 Pound Mushrooms Sliced.

[ THE ZESTY SAUCE ]
1/2 c. Chopped Onion - 2 tbsp. Butter- 2 tbsp. Sugar- 1/2 tbsp. Dry Mustard- 2/3 c. Water- 1 1/2 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce- 4 Drops Hot Pepper Sauce- 1 1/2 tsp. Paprika- 3/4 c. Ketchup- 1 1/2 tbsp. Vinegar.

Preheat over to 350 -Combine the first eight ingredients. Mix well.- Shape into loaf. Place in baking dish larger than the loaf so the meat does not touch the sides of the pan.- Place the mushroom slices over meat loaf. Set aside.

To prepare the sauce, saute onions in butter until translucent. Add remaing sauce ingredients. Cook 15 minutes over low heat. Pour sauce over meatloaf and mushrooms. Bake for at least one hour [or until done].
