4 large potatoes baked & cooled (3 lbs.)
2/3 cup butter
2/3 cup flour
3/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
6 cups milk
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup green onion chopped
10 strips bacon cooked & crumbled
1 cup shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Peel & cube potatoes; set aside. In large pan melt butter; stir in flour,salt & pepper. Gradually add milk. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until soup thickens. Remove from heat whisk in sour cream. Add potatoes & green onions. Serve topped with bacon crumbles & cheese.
