4 Large potatoes
1 Large carrot
1 Large onion
1 Beaten egg
Salt to taste
1/2 tbsp. baking powder
Matzoh meal

Directions:
Directions:
Grate potato, carrot, onion-mix in egg, salt and baking powder-add matzoh meal as mixture gets watery.
Drop mixture by spoonfuls into hot oil(be sure to squeeze moisture out before dropping into pan).
Fry until brown and crispy.
Drain pancakes on paper towels.
Serve with sourcream and/or applesauce.
