2/3 CUPS NONFAT SOUR CREAM
3 TBL FINELY CHOPPED ONION
3 TBL CHOPPED SEEDED PLUM TOMATO
1 TBL PLUS MINCED FRESH CILANTRO
1 TBL CRUSHED GARLIC MASHED
1/4 CUP SALSA( MORE IF YOU WANT SPICE
1/8 TSP SALT
HOT SAUCE(IF YOU WANT IT HOTTER)

LACAE AVOCADO IN A MEDIUM SIZE BOWL AND MASH - MAY USE FORK OR POTATO MASHER LEAVING SOME SLIGHTLY CHUNKY. STIR IN ALL OF REMAINING INGREDIENTS. TRANSFER TO A SERVING DISH AND PUT BACK THE PIT OF THE AVOCADO IN CENTER OF DIP - COVER AND CHILL FOR SEVERAL HOURS.

THE PIT REMAINING IN THE DIP WHILE CHILLING KEEPS THE DIP FROM TURNING DARK. MILD FLAVOR BUT GOOD - ADD MORE SALSA OR HOT SAUCE IF YOU PREFER MORE HEAT IN YOUR DIP.
