1 1/2 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp soda
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup raisins
1 1/2 cup water
1/2 cup butter
2/3 cup sugar
1 beaten egg

Directions:
Directions:
Boil raisins for 20 minutes in water and allow to cool. Cream butter, sugar, egg, baking powder, soda, vanilla and salt. Add raisins and water, flour. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees in muffin pan. This recipe can easily be doubled.
