2 C. Bisquick 2/3 C.Milk
2 Eggs Blueberries
1/2 C. Sugar

BUTTER CREAM SAUCE TOPPING:
1 1/2 C. Sugar 3/4 C. Cream or Milnot
3/4 C. Butter 1 1/2 tsp. Vanilla

PUFFS:
Grease muffin tins and fill cups about 3/4 full. Wash blueberries. Put a layer of blueberries on top of batter. Bake at 400 for 20 min. Put puffs in a oblong pan.
BUTTER CREAM SAUCE:
Cook sugar and cream in sauce pan, until rolling boil, about 10 min. Cream butter and vanilla with mixer or blender until dissolved. Then pour over puffs.

Make double batch one is never enough. My Mom, Bessie King, made these a lot. If you don`t love these??? Great chilled.
